We have been travelling there with a group of colleagues of friends for an educational event and for leisure. Some of them were from India. We are all globe trotters. However we had a very hard experience, as we were all settled in rooms without any window and any real areation (even those ones named as executive/deluxe). The location of the hotel is actually within another multi-purpose building not so safe. Staff was gentle, rooms were simple and clean, but no air at all!

it was an oasis in the road where we were. Ideal for getting to the sights of Lucknow not in a very good area but the rooms were clean, quiet and we had free internet access.

Staff was friendly.
Located on an extremely busy, dirty street in a shabby building. Room was old, blankets were dirty. Breakfast is expensive. The bedroom did not have any windows.

The staff was very friendly and solicitious. Surprisingly the food was very good and room service was fast and efficient.
Bed extremely uncomfortable. Street noise level incredibly loud and distracting. Bathroom facilities lacking. No wi-fi and only one ethernet cable in reception to be shared by staff and guests.
